It's not even out yet, but I'm going to see it, just because I bet it'll be hilarious.

WATCHMEN!!!
Yay other people are going to see it too ^^ My roommate is a Illustration major and I had never heard of it until last month. She gave it to me to read, not really expecting me to read through the whole thing, apparently most people don't. But I couldn't put it down, the characters are amazing!!
And tonight I educated her, we had a movie night in and watched Serenity. ^^ I like the movie but I LOVE the series, Firefly is the best Sci Fi series I've ever seen. I don't even like Sci Fi, seriously, but I love Firefly.
I also started watching Fern Gully a bit the other day, need to finish it up but I loved it growing up, good ideas for fairies watching it too for sketching.

I'm seeing Watchmen too! I just finished reading the book. Did it in a couple hours, only broke for dinner. Am now wiped out and possibly falling into speech patterns of Rorshach. SO AWESOME.

*sniffle* *wipes away tear* I just finished watching E.T. My brother and I both cried. That movie rips your heartstrings out with an angry gorilla.
As for what I look forward to: Star Trek, which I hear is really good, Terminator 4 - Batman as John Connor FTW! Also if they're disregarding the third, that's good - and the second Transformers.
TF2 looks SO SO SO AWESOME. I CANNOT FULLY EXPRESS MY FANGIRLY JOY. THAT MOVIE CANNOT GET HERE FAST ENOUGH. O. M. F. G. AND IF OPTIMUS PRIME DIES, THE WRITERS WILL FACE ANGRY MOBS. /capslockfangirl
Seriously though. I can't WAIT till it comes out!

Hm..I've heard alot of mixed reviews about Wolverine, alot of people who watched the first three movies thought it didn't match up, while others...simply loved it...so I'm not entirely certain what to think. I do still want to see it though, that and Angels and Demons, which I've heard was alot better than its predecessor/book sequel! The first movie didn't precisely embrace that intense and extremely compelling storyline of the book but apparently the second one speaks more o its favor.
I sadly still haven't watched Watchmen ;_; Though I did get around to seeing Star Trek, which was extremely good! I'm actually slightly inclined to find and rent the original series...though that might cost alot of time and money but still! The special affects and acting was extremely well done, and just seeing the characters and their origins...it was extremely interesting to see, especially with my father, considering he actually knew alot more about the original series since he grew up with it, but nonetheless.
The Knowing also isn't so bad a movie, not the stereotypical kind of action, adventure, save the world kind of thing, though quite apocolytic. It also a fascinating use of phenomena, mixed in with some science-fiction, so all around, an interesting and unique film.

Star Trek was pretty good. My brother was very amused by the green girl, since he knows the history of Trek better than me.
And! I have seen Revenge of the Fallen and it was great! The first one was better, I will admit that, and it was by no means a perfect movie, but I still loved it! Jetfire is the best old man in anything ever. Even better than Animated-Ratchet. Also the Fallen was cool and OPTIMUS OMG.

I have! I have to say it was very generic, but that does not mean I didn't like it! I thought it was really good. Also they were totally showing off their special effects budget, I mean, scenery porn much?
Has anyone else seen The Princess and the Frog? I have! It was totally awesome and sweet and so very very classic Disney! Except better, because Tiana did stuff to get her happy ending other than wait for a Prince Charming. And the other characters were much different than the usual Disney prince & supporting cast. Also, the music! *squee* I always loved Disney musicals!

My friend and I have been focusing more on movies to come as of late. Our two must-sees...
Pride and Prejudice...and ZOMBIES! Yup, this affectionate parody of a famous novel will be coming to theaters...er...eventually. I'm not really sure when, but being a zombie aficionado, I will see it. I must see it. And more importantly, I must laugh. If you're read the book, it's actually quite a good 'un. I can pretend to know stuff about Pride and Prejudice and people will buy it. Now, as to the second movie...
Kick-Ass! This one comes out in April, and I can't wait to see it. Short synopsis, it's about a guy who randomly decides that there should be superheros in the world, inspiring a large stream of superhero will-bes (note: NOT wannabes). Hit-girl is especially epic (an elementary schooler using "f**k" casually), although everyone is awesome to a certain extent.
