Okay, well, this is a very interesting thread~ I'm going to have to say No to the Adept Warrior thing ^^;. It would be rather hard to roleplay as and control both abilities, and unfortunately some people would get carried away and make their character have amazing fighting skills AND amazing magic, which is completely unfair imo.
As for Exclusive PC Jobs, those are definitely going to be implemented ^^ Thanks for that idea. I might make some of the jobs already up as PC Exclusive.
As for job upgrading, I find that aspect to be a bit too MMORPG-ish. Your character can build on their job and get better at it without needing an official upgrade, you know? Interesting idea though.
And yes, I am a guy, don't worry though Drakar, I won't hold it against you XD
